Accessibility, comfort and convinience

Good location. The room was clean and comfortable. The hotel is a short walk to and from Exit 11 of the Suwon train station and AK Plaza. It is close to bus stations, restaurants, cafés and shops . The staff were very helpful. We stayed 2 nights. Our check in and check out went smoothly. My husband and I arrived at the property around noon. The staff on duty offered to take our luggage for safekeeping so we were able to go around while biding time. We were told that a room would be available earlier than their standard check in time. We were given assistance in booking a ride to church after we checked out. Livelier at night. The inner streets transforms into a delightful night market comparable to that of Myeongdong in Seoul.

Good location and service for excellent price

Hotel is close to train station and next to Rodeo Street - fun location for eating out, shopping and some nightlife. Around the property are many bus stations so you can easily explore the city. Hotel room are comfortalbe and clean. They offer a rooms with steam closets. Try it, your clothes will be refresed. The hotel staff is helpfull and speaks english.

Nice accommodation for a short getaway to Suwon

Overall, it was nice and clean. The entire check in and check out process was easy and swift.

There were other guests smoking on the level so I was actually awaken by the smoking scent in the morning. Smoking is not supposed to be allowed, but I guess they didn't enforce it as strongly as I wished they would.

The hotel was walking distance from the train station. The room was clean and very comfortable. It even had a big TV!

Great business hotel near Suwon station

Really good business hotel, Just about 6 min by foot from one of the exits of Suwon station. Especially liked the LG styler in the room. Room was clean, gowns/slippers and charging cables were also provided.

There is no separate sink in the shower room (it's next to the bed)

Clean & courteous staff. Noise insulation is pretty good. Enjoyed my 12 day stay here.

A great team of front desk staff that was courteous and friendly. The housekeeping maids were equally friendly and very attentive. They really try hard to accommodate any special requests you may have. Efficient shower head with good water pressure. Quiet and good sound insulation. Garment styler located in my room was very useful. Overall great value for the money. Tons of eatery places within 2 to 3 minute walking distance.

Although nothing major, but if I have to make one suggestion, I would ask them to pay a bit more attention to the entry glass door area from the street. I know heavy foot traffic is inevitable. but making this entry area a bit more organized and free of heavy foot traffic marks on the floor and near the elevator door will leave even better impression with the guests....

It was easy to find, came at a good price and had all I needed.

Sound proofing seems to be non-existent. You can hear everything in the same floor and the rom above you. The bathroom has no dedicated shower so everthing in there gets wet if you take a shower.

Really good for a short stay in Suwon and convenience to Suwon Station for the KTX.

Very close to Suwon station and within the main shopping/young district of Suwon area.

There's no light switch next to the bed. So to turn off the lights before you sleep, you have to get up and turn it off.
